Concept Stage
This is the service that we are most renowned for, and that most of our clients take. Each project is different, but typically with our turn key service, we are taken-on board at ‘concept’ stage’. This means the stage where you have identified a need for a building or extension, but haven’t got much further than that.
Produce and Develop
Here we will work with you to produce and develop the perfect design. We will involve structural engineering, services design, and any other elements that are needed to produce the final design result. We will apply for and manage the processes of planning and building control, SAP assessments and whatever else may be necessary for your particular project.
Cost Scheduling
We will then produce a cost schedule, specification and provide a full cost quotation and breakdown. Assuming that this is suitable for you, we will then proceed onto the building phase, taking the development as far as you wish, right through to final completion, snagging and sign-off. We will project manage the entire process from beginning to end, offering the most cost effective and streamlined, stress free service that we can.
