Gannon Developments Ltd offer a fully bespoke service for homeowners.
We offer everything from new build homes that we can design completely from the ground upwards, to extensions, loft conversions, house renovations and remodels, garage conversions or even garden rooms.
Designing Your Dream Layout
This starts with our Architectural Services, or ‘Plans Drawn’. Here we complete a full measured survey of your property, and draw up the existing layout on CAD. We sit down with you to design the new layout to become produce the look, feel, flow and spaces that you are dreaming of. We then provide fully detailed CAD plans. We will also include any Structural Engineering or Services Engineering designs that you need.
Agent Services for Hassle-Free Approvals
At this point if required we will submit these plans, details and application forms for Planning permission, and Building Control Permission. We will manage this all for you as your agent.
Our ‘Turn Key Service’ Offering
We will then provide you with a full cost to build your new build home / self build, extension, loft conversion, garage conversion or renovation. We will project manage the entire process from the first meeting to your fully completed development, start to finish. This is what we call our ‘Turn Key Service’.
