Our private developments are at the heart of what we do. We put our own ‘money where our mouth is’ to prove that our services work. Here we generally purchase land and build homes, but we also purchase old buildings, sometimes incurring a change-of-use from a commercial building to a domestic, or visa-versa. The developments section is at the core of our business, and we create homes for the future, and commercial buildings to be proud of.
Below are the current development sites that we have underway, or currently in planning-phases;
Wynyard Woods
Our Wynyard Woods Development is part of a larger ‘Self Build’ Scheme on the well known and highly prestigious Wynyard Development. Set on the older village side this development oozes prestige and class. It is set in a large plot of over 0.34 acre, with protected woodland to the rear of the property featuring privacy and shelter.
Sheraton Hill Farm
This is a fantastic development, located right off the A19 with excellent communing links to Durham, Middlesbrough, Sunderland, and Newcastle. This site is currently going through legals, and we expect to start on site in the Spring of 2023.
