Good Project Management can and usually does save the client money rather than costing it. This is because we can help to avoid costly mistakes, design errors, build problems and pricing-errors. We will often be able to save a client more than our fee by value-engineering a project at the outset, and then carefully managing the process to ensure a right-first time approach. This doesn’t mean that you as the client have no control. Quite the opposite. We like to involve our clients as much as possible, or as little as they wish, to ensure that the process is as stress free as possible.
