In order to become members of these organisations, we have been required to adhere to strict regulatory checks, adhere to exceptional quality and ethical standards, and pass rigorous testing and vetting.
Each one tells a small story about us as a company and why we have pride in what we do.
Below is a brief explanation of each one;
Federation of Master Builders
This is a UK wide ‘gold standard’ for a high quality, service and reputation. They have an adjudication service whereby any works that we complete that you may not be entirely satisfied with, you are entitled to appeal to them as adjudicators.
CHAS
This is the Construction, Health & Safety Standards. We are CHAS Elite members, and as such are of the highest standard possible. This ensures through rigorous processes, that our works are carried out to the highest health & Safety Standards.
ISO 9001 / ISO 18001
This is the International Standards Organisation. These are internationally recognised standards for Environmental compliance and Quality.
Trustmark
This is a Government Trading Standards Scheme for vetting the integrity of a business and provides a level of assurance that the business that you are dealing with is legitimate, and approved.
Constructing Excellence in the North East
This is an organisation that promotes excellence in design and construction throughout the North East region.
CIOB
The Chartered Instiutute for building – This is a international organisation for Construction Professionals. There is a very lengthy and strict admittance procedure and our Director is a member of the CIOB.
CIAT
The Chartered institute for Architectural Technologists. We are members of the institute for the Architectural work and CAD services that we provide.
APM
The Association of Project Managers. An internationally recognised level for vetting professional project managers. Our Director is a member of the APM.
Constructionline
Constructionline is a verification body that provides assurance that we operate to high standards of health & safety, Environmental responsibility and Quality. We are SSIP and PAS91 registered meaning that buyers from larger organsisations can utilise our services and reduce time, complications and ensure compliant tenders.
