We are a project-management based building company. We are based in the North East of England, but are capable of delivering projects throughout the UK and internationally. We specialise in ‘turn key’ solutions to complex projects. This involves design, engineering, costing, build and full project management throughout the process.
We are members of the Federation of Master Builders. We are CHAS (Construction, Health and Safety) Elite members, and we are ISO 9001 and 14001 registered. We are serious about being professional in all aspects of our business operating procedures, and in the top 10% of all Principle Contractors for Safety, Quality, Value for money, on-time and Environmental considerations. We lead a right first time attitude and always aim for zero defects, adding value at every stage of the process, and helping our clients achieve their project goals.
Development
We develop homes and buildings for the future, through our own development company. We purchase the land and buildings ourselves and resell completed developments.
We work both in commercial and domestic sectors to offer clients, land and building owners, companies and homeowners the same professional, quality-led service, right from inception to completion.
